Our pickles start their life as cucumbers that we’ve grown in our garden. They are picked fresh and packaged by hand. Many times, they are added to the brine the day that they are picked. We follow a pretty simple recipe for dill pickles, which basically consists of vinegar, salt, dill and garlic. Since we make all of our pickles in small batches by hand, each batch will be slightly different. One thing they all have in common is that all of our batches will be delicious! The pickles are packed in brine and vacuum sealed in 28oz. mason jars. They taste great on sandwiches, burgers, or just by themselves! Order some spears or chips today!
