Most mattress brands offer an in-home trial period. During the trial period, a customer might decide to return the mattress because it didn’t work for them. That’s where we come in! This is what our process entails:
- First, we pick up the mattress. We carefully wrap it and transport it back to where it will be stored.
- Before we store it, we inspect it for major defects. If it has any major damage or defects, we dispose of it. Otherwise, we repair anything that is repairable.
- We clean and sanitize the mattress, which includes spot cleaning and using Steri-Fab to completely disinfect the mattress. Steri-Fab kills: bed bugs, fleas, lice, fungi, mold, and bacteria.
- We vacuum pack the mattress and store it for it’s future owner!
- When it’s time to ship the mattress, it is re-boxed. So, when it arrives, it will come rolled and box just like it did originally.
Because these mattresses are used, we can sell them at a significantly reduced rate. Having a nice mattress makes a huge difference in how you feel overall because you’ll be well rested. They can also help reduce pain that can be caused by sleeping on an old, worn out mattress. However, new mattresses can be one of the more expensive things that you can buy for your home. Buying a used one from us is an excellent way to lower the cost of your next mattress purchase.
